3.2 Residual risks
Overturning:
If the requirement to place the appliance on a stable work surface and in a properly
level position is not complied with, injuries may occur if the appliance (or parts of it) overturns
during operation.
Direct contact with live parts:
If the plug is not disconnected before cleaning or servicing the
appliance, the operator may suffer injuries due to direct contact with live parts.
Indirect contact:
If the appliance is connected to an electrical socket which is not protected against
indirect contact in accordance with the regulations in the country of use, the operator may suffer
injuries due to indirect contact with live parts.
4. Environmental notes
The appliance has been designed for use in an environment at a temperature b15°C and
+33°C and a relative humidity between 30 and 60%.
Use of the appliance at a different temperature and/or humidity can result in unexpected
operating anomalies and faults of the appliance, as well as a slight decrease in its performance.
Use of the appliance in an environment with a temperature not exc30 °C and a relative
humidity not exceeding 55% guarantees performance and consumption corresponding with those
declared by the manufacturer.
4.1 Packaging
The appliance is contained in packaging composed of a pallet, a cardboard box, polystyrene and
wood protections and plastic film. The weights and dimensions are indicated in Table 1 - Section 9.
Do not throw the packaging material away: it may be useful for packing the appliance during a
transfer or for sending the appliance to the dealer or manufacturer for repairs or servicing.
The presence of all the original packaging is essential if a request is made for replacement or
repairs under the appliance
’
s warranty. Remove all internal and external packaging material
before starting the appliance.
4.2 Storage
The packaging must be kept closed until the moment the appliance is installed, and the positioning
and storage markings on the packaging must be respected during storage.
The packaged appliance must always be stored in the following conditions:
do not store outdoors;
store in a dry place, protecting it from dust and keep it at a temperature of b0°C and
+50°C and a relative humidity of between 30% and 80%;
do not expose to aggressive agents;
protect from sunlight;
avoid impacts;
if stored for a prolonged period of time (more than three months), regularly check the
condition of all the packaging.
4.3 Disposal
At the end of the appliance’s working life it must be disposed of in accordance with the current
local and national regulations.
The appliance contains electrical and electronic components, referred to as “Waste
of electrical
and electronic equipment” (WEEE).
