Insert the power cord into the socket of the machine. Switch on the power.
Stand on the platform with your feet equal distance from the centre of the plate.
Bend your knees slightly and make sure your stance is not wider than your shoulders.
Press the start button and increase the speed to a comfortable setting.

Turn on the switch the 

machine will be in manual 

mode, Press the power 

button, the machine will 

be in standby mode, press

it again to resume the 

manual mode.
