Noise in
Compressor

Bolts loose. Tighten bolts
Fluid in suction line Check and re-set thermostatic expansion valves.
Check that the liquid solenoid valves do not remain
open when machine stops.
Bulb is loose or incorrectly positioned. Check bulb position
Emulsion in oil crankcase Incorrect lubrication. See paragraphs 13 and 10.
15. The
Compressor Motor
does not start
Low pressure switch cuts out. See paragraph 3.
High pressure switch cuts out. See paragraph 6.
Fuses burnt out Check the cause and change fuses
Anti-short cycle time delay relay is in operation Wait
Internal security switched out.
Check cause of increase in motor winding
temperatures (re-set times 06:00 to 24:00).
Main circuit breaker switch open. Close circuit-breaker.
16. The
Compressor works
continuously
Control system or other automatic device fault. See paragraphs 12 and 13.
Installation insufficiently charged Charge installation with refrigerant
Evaporators blocked or ice present Clean and defrost evaporators
(*)If there is an abnormal noise in the compressor, switch off the compressor. Find the
cause of the noise and remedy before re-starting
