MAINTENANCE
Warning,
this
apparatus
restart
automatically.
Before
any
intervention
on
apparatus,
operator
must
put
a
deposit
on
main
switch
of
apparatus.
OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR
MAINTENANCE
For
all
maintenance
operations,
the
following
instructions
must
be
followed:
-
Unit
door
must
only
be
opened
after
the
main
switch
has
been
cut-off
and
the
fans
have
stopped
completely.
-
The
safety
HP
and
LP
switches,
fans
speed
control
and
control
LP
switch
can
be
accessed
when
the
door
is
opened.
-
Then,
access
to
pressure
plug
for
connecting
the
pressure
gauge
is
possible.
Pressure
gauge
cables
go
across
holes
on
the
housing.
Following
these
instructions
allows
unit
tests
to
be
carried
out
with
the
door
closed
while
ensuring
operators’
safety
as
well
as
the
correct
running
of
the
device
avoiding
any
air
by-pass
phenomenon.
RECOMMENDATIONS
If
the
unit
is
stopped
for
long
periods
of
time,
the
fan
motors
should
be
run
for
at
least
two
hours
each
week.

Every
month:
Carry
out
an
operating
check
on:
-
Pressures
and
temperatures
in
the
compressor,
-
Intensity
in
compressors
and
fan
motors,
-
Safety
cut-off
points
of
HP/LP
safety
pressure
switches,
-
Good
functioning
of
remote
electronic
controller
(condensing
control),
-
Oil
levels,
-
Moisture
in
the
circuits
(through
sight-glass
or
by
analysing
oil),
-
Check
for
leaks
in
the
refrigeration
circuit,
-
Cleanliness
ofcoil,
-
Position
of
rotors
in
ferrules
(
tightness
on
shaft,
state
of
blades,
...).
.Every
year:
-
Carry
out
analysis
ofoil
-
Clean
thecondenser.
Instructions
or
recommendations
appearing
in
the
various
technical
advice
notes
and
manufacturer's
service
manuals
should
be
followed
precisely
;
please
contact
our
Technical
Department
for
any
additional
information
CLEANING
Coils
should
preferably
be
cleaned
with:
-
Compressed
air
-
By
brushing
with
non-metallic
materials
Avoid
all
aggressive
detergents
which
may
cause
eventual
corrosion.
FAN
MOTOR
CHANGE
This
operation
can
only
be
undertaken
once
the
electrical
supply
has
been
switched
off
(put
a
deposit
on
main
switch).
The
access
flaps
can
only
be
opened
when
this
is
the
case.
PROTECTION
OF
COMPRESSOR
In
the
case
of
compressor
protection
is
ensured
by
fuses
14*51
:
fuses
must
have
obligatory
a
mechanical
system
in
view
to
cut
the
compressor
supply.
