To the Operator

The drink mixer you have purchased is intended for use
in professional environments requiring trained operators.
Such environments may include, but not be limited to,
restaurants, bars, fast-food outlets, ice cream parlors,
hospitals, catering businesses, etc.
The drink mixer is designed to mix and emulsify different
foods mixed with liquid. It is ideal for making drinks with
ice cream, milk shakes, etc.

Unpacking

Carefully remove the mixer from the packaging and
take out all boxes or packets containing attachments
or specific items. Check that all of the parts have been
delivered, that the mixer operates as intended, and
that nothing has been damaged in transit. Contact the
supplier to remedy any findings.

Installation

Position the mixer on a sturdy level surface and in
an open, well lighted environment that provides easy
access to all controls. We recommend that you position
the mixer so that the working height of the agitator and
controls are appropriate for the intended operator(s).

The equivalent continuous sound level when the mixer
is operating on no-load is less than 85dB(A).

Check the agitator daily for wear or damage. Replace if
necessary.
