To the Operator
The drink mixer you have purchased is intended for use
in professional environments requiring trained operators.
Such environments may include, but not be limited to,
restaurants, bars, fast-food outlets, ice cream parlors,
hospitals, catering businesses, etc.
The drink mixer is designed to mix and emulsify different
foods mixed with liquid. It is ideal for making drinks with
ice cream, milk shakes, etc.
Unpacking
Carefully remove the mixer from the packaging and
take out all boxes or packets containing attachments
or specific items. Check that all of the parts have been
delivered, that the mixer operates as intended, and
that nothing has been damaged in transit. Contact the
supplier to remedy any findings.
Installation
Position the mixer on a sturdy level surface and in
an open, well lighted environment that provides easy
access to all controls. We recommend that you position
the mixer so that the working height of the agitator and
controls are appropriate for the intended operator(s).
Noise Level
The equivalent continuous sound level when the mixer
is operating on no-load is less than 85dB(A).
Maintenance
Check the agitator daily for wear or damage. Replace if
necessary.
Connection
Drink Mixer is rated 220–240V, AC-only, 50/60 Hz.
Line Protection: The appliance must be connected to a
standard 2-pole + earth electric socket. The installation
should be fitted to a
residual-current device (RCD)
and a fuse rated at 16A or the relevant value according
to local electrical codes.
The appliance MUST be
earthed.

that the Type GM25 Drink Mixer intended for the
professional market complies with:

For best results, use the replacement container (#110E).

Fill container with sanitizing solution (1 Tablespoon
[15 ml] of household bleach per 1 gallon [3.8 liter] of
clean, cool water (60°F/16°C) to

full. Position the
container properly on the mixer and run on low speed
(

) for 1 minute.

Remove the container. Empty sanitizing solution and
rinse container.

To dry, run the mixer on low speed (

) for 30
seconds with empty container in place.
DO NOT
RINSE
after sanitizing is complete.
NOTE:
If preferred, the container guide and container
may be cleaned in a dishwasher.
Wash, rinse and sanitize whenever the mixer will not be used again within a period of one hour to avoid bacteria
buildup.
Sanitizing
Recycling the Product at the End of Its Service Life
The wheeled bin symbol marked on this drink mixer signifies that this appliance should be taken over
by a selective collection system conforming to the Guideline 2002/96/EC (WEEE) so that it can be either
recycled or dismantled in order to reduce any impact to the environment. The user is responsible for
returning the product to the appropriate collection facility, as specified by your local code. For additional
information regarding applicable local laws, please contact the municipal facility and/or local distributor.
