4.7 Long-term storage of VM-301-PAVERMAX
If the installation machine must be stored during a longer period:
●
store the installation machine at an even and try place in a hall or,
●
place, when storing the installation machine outside on a timber platform and cover it completely with a dark
cover
●
protect the installation machine against direct sea-air (danger of corrosion!)
●
retract hoist cylinder
●
clean and oil all construction units (joints) and the motor complete, or lubricate according to the lubrication
chart
●
disconnect the battery from the motor
●
pour enough antifreeze into the cooling water in the winter months and refuel winter Diesel
●
place the attached installation clamp (HVZ) on the ground (lay timber beams under the steel grippers)
●
close main clamping at the installation clamp (HVZ)
●
open side clamping at the installation clamp (HVZ)
