Mast and Sail Assembly

1.  Slide the mast sections together on the wood block and 

secure the mast using 2 screws 

(Bag C)

2.  Install the two spreaders on the right and left sides 

of the mast using a screw, nut 

(Bag B)

screwdriver and 4mm nut driver. 

3.  Install the rear boom on the mast using 1 screw 

(Bag A)

4.  Loosely install the rear mast line 

(Bag A) 

on the mast 

crane using a crimp collar. Crimp the collar only after 

installing the mast on the hull. 

5.  Slide the main sail cord through the mast channel 

down to the boom.

6.  Install the mast crane on the mast. 
7.  Secure 3 corners of the main sail to the mast and boom as 

shown. Loosen the outermost fitting screw, when needed.

8.  Install the left and right mast lines on the mast through 

each spreader’s outermost hole, the mast hooks and 

the crimp collars.

9.  Assemble the turnbuckles using the mast line screws, 

nuts and barrels 

(Bags A and B)

10.  Insert the respective mast hooks in the holes in each 

side of the mast.

Tip: 

Where needed, close the circular loop of a mast hook 

using pliers.

11.  Connect the rear

12.  Install the bottom of the mast in the hole in the hull.
