Clean bun splitter.
Clean the bun splitter
with damp cloth.
Remove the release sheet.
Lay the release
sheet on a flat
surface.
Clean the conveyors.
Put on neoprene gloves. Wipe the conveyors with a
damp cloth. Use a soft bristle brush as necessary.
Make sure to whip down the entire conveyor by
advancing the conveyor every five seconds. Repeat
steps 4, 5, and 6 on the back side of the toaster.

Clean the release sheet.
Dampen a clean cloth
with lukewarm soap and water. Wipe down both
sides of the release sheet, making sure all built-up
sugar is removed. Allow to air dry.
NOTE: Rotate
sheets daily for longer life. Depending on volume of
product toasted, sheets should be replaced every
4 to 6 weeks.

Clean outside of the DCFT.
Dampen a clean cloth with
lukewarm soap and water.
Wipe down the outside of the
entire DCFT including the bun
ramp. Wipe down the
entire DCFT including the bun
ramp again with a
fresh clean, sanitized towel.

and close the doors.
Open doors.
Clean the inside of
doors with damp
cloth.
Wipe down bracket areas.
Wipe down all four of the
bracket areas with a damp
cloth.
