DIRECTION OF DELIVERY
Every press of the button changes direction of delivering out the linen (forward/backward);
each direction is indicated by LED. Valid also for ironer with front/rear delivery without folder.
3.2. DESCRIPTION OF BUTTONS FUNCTIONS – VERSION WITH COIN METER
Program creating is not available for version with coin meter, ironer is adjusted to constant temperature and
ironing speed (see chapter „3.3. Initialization“). Operator can adjust the time of ironing corresponding to the
value of 1 coin and minimal time, which must be paid to enable the machine to start (see Initialization).
On upper display there is remaining paid time of ironing displayed, temperature is displayed on lower display.
START
The button serves for starting the machine after payment the minimal necessary time of
ironing – it starts the roller drive, ventilator(s) and heating. LED at the button indicates the
machine run.
Second function of this button is confirmation (deleting) of error messages on the display.
Also the siren is silenced for 30s.
STOP
The button serves to stop the feeding belts, turning the heating off and deceleration of
ironing roller to minimal speed (it is not possible to stop rollers completely because there
is a danger of ironing belts damage, or possibly even fire). Deducting the paid time of
ironing is not interrupted. Normal machine operation can be restarted using the button
„Start“ – heating is restarted again as well as feeding belts and ironing speed.
Second function of this button is confirmation (deleting) of error messages on the display.
Also the siren is silenced for 30s.
TEMPERATURE
Normally the actual temperature of ironing roller is displayed on the lower display. Short
press of the button displayes required temperature value for 3s; dot on the display
indicates required value. Required value is always displayed for 3s, then an actual value
is displayed again.
3.3. INITIALIZATION
Within initialization it is possible to set the type of heating, some parameters of ironer or ironer with front/rear
delivery, type of control (OPL / with coin meter), price for ironing (version with coin meter) and to display the
machine operation hours. The machine is dispatched from production already with correct settings and so it
is not needed to execute initialization. You will need it only in case of control board replacement or for time
setting on coin meter version.
START OF INITIALIZATION
Switch the machine off by the main switch or by emergency stop. Switch the programming switch (only OPL version)
placed in the machine left stand (see chapter „2.2. Symbols used“) to position „unlocked“ (programming enabled).
Hold the button for program saving pressed and switch the machine on – there appears „In“ (initialization) on the display.
Description of individual parameters follows. Each parameter of initialization can be changed by means
of buttons „+“ and „-“. Transfer to next parameter is executed by button „Start“.
TYPE OF HEATING
Choose „EL“ for electrical heating, „St“ for steam or „gAS“ for gas heating.
