2.1. WARNINGS
Manufacturer reserves the right to change specifications mentioned in this manual any time without notice.
All data mentioned here are entirely informative, because it is not possible to mention all specific details of
the machine.
This English version is the original version. This instruction is not complete without „User’s manual“, and
„Installation and Maintenance manual“. For other than English versions, the two versions together therefore
constitute the whole manual. In case you do not have this version, ask your dealer for a copy.
ATTENTION - IMPORTANT!
READ THIS MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU USE THE MACHINE. IMPROPER USE OF THE
CONTROLS AND THE MACHINE CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURIES, DAMAGE OF ELECTRONIC
COMPONENTS AND THE MACHINE ITSELF.
DANGER!
OPERATIONS, WHICH REQUIRE OPENING THE MACHINE, MUST BE EXECUTED BY QUALIFIED
WORKERS WHO WILL ENSURE ALL NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS TO KEEP SAFETY FOR
OTHER WORKERS. AFTER FINISHING SUCH OPERATIONS, IT IS NECESSARY TO PUT THE
MACHINE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.

AFTER THE MACHINE IS SWITCHED ON, THE SOFTWARE VERSION IS DISPLAYED FOR A SHORT
TIME, E.G. „SR 1.30“. THIS INFORMATION, AS WELL AS THE SERIAL (PRODUCTION) NUMBER AND
MODEL NUMBER, MUST BE MENTIONED IN EVERY CORRESPONDENCE OR REQUEST TO THE
DEALER OR THE MANUFACTURER.
THIS MANUAL IS APPLICABLE FOR SW VERSION 1.30 AND HIGHER. THE MANUAL IS COMMON
FOR STANDARD IRONERS OF SERIES WITH ROLLER DIAMETER 350, 500MM IN DESIGN OPL
OR WITH COIN METER AND IRONERS WITH FRONT/REAR DELIVERY WITH FOLDER OR WITHOUT
FOLDER (FURTHER AS IRONER WITH FRONT/REAR DELIVERY) WITH ROLLER DIAMETER 500MM.
DIFFERENCES ARE MENTIONED PROPERLY IN THE TEXT.
2.2. SYMBOLS USED
PLUG-IN LABEL
Version without coin meter only (further „OPL“).
A plug-in label is removable from the bottom side of keyboard from the inside of the machine and enables
registration of the names of programs 1-6.
PROGRAMMING SWITCH
Version OPL only:
Using the programming switch you can enable or disable saving of programs. The switch is placed inside
the left leg of the machine above electric board.
– Saving of programs is disabled
– Saving of programs is enabled
WARNING:
MANIPULATION WITH THE SWITCH DURING THE MACHINE OPERATION IS PERMITTED ONLY FOR
PERSONS WITH APPROPRIATE QUALIFICATION! RISK OF INJURY BY ELECTRIC CURRENT!
PERSONS WITHOUT APPROPRIATE QUALIFICATION CAN MANIPULATE THE SWITCH ONLY WHEN
THE MACHINE IS SWITCHED OFF BY THE MAIN SWITCH.
