Error Condition Error Code Indication
AC voltage high E1 Step1: Check environmental condition, AC
Voltage and Frequency.
Step2: Check the LCM AC Voltage and
Frequency Setting Range.
Step3: If environmental condition is over
the inverter setting.
Please adjust related parameters.
AC voltage low E2
AC absent E3

Step1: Check the panel voltage, Is it within
the operating range?
Step2: If the PV Voltage is over 1000V,
Please adjust the number of panel
connections.

Step1: Confirm that the panel has abnormal
impedance to the earth.
Step2: If the error code is happened in the
early morning or dusk.
It is parasitic capacitance connect Panel
with earth, It is a normal phenomenon.
Step3: If it continues to occur, please
replace another inverter.
