RECOMMENDATIONS

Since the temperature on the lowest trays is the highest, and those above them have a lower temperature, it
is recommended to change the position of the trays during drying.
ź
If the drying process takes a few days, check the condition of the dried products, and if any spoilage or mould
is observed – remove these products.
ź
To assess the condition of the dried products, remove a sample of the product and allow it to cool down.
Warm products seem to be moister.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
NOTE: each press of the setting mode button alternates between the possibility to change the desired
temperature and the timer settings.

When the set time has elapsed, the timer will turn the appliance off.
Wipe the ventilation and heating base with a slightly damp cloth. Then wipe dry. Do not immerse in water. Make
sure that water and moisture do not get inside the appliance.
ź
Press the setting mode button to set the timer. The display will show the time after which the appliance will
turn off (hours:
minutes). The display will start ashing. While the display ashes, use the + and – buttons to
change the setting of the timer.
Clean the trays and the cover in water with washing-up liquid. Rinse thoroughly. It is not recommended to clean
these elements in a dishwasher (plastic may become dull).
