  •  When purchasing tea from a tea shop, the recommended temperature and steeping time are typically on the tea package. As the 

desired time and temperature does vary from tea to tea, please follow the recommendations on the package.

  •  A range of steeping times has been provided for each type of tea. For a more delicate brew, use the shorter point in the range. For 

a more robust flavor, use the longer time.
