Apricot Barbecue Pork Chops
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cups chopped onion
¾ cup teriyaki sauce
¾ cup ketchup
¾ cup apricot preserves
⅓ cup cider vinegar
⅓ cup packed brown sugar
1½ teaspoons hot red pepper
1½ teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon black pepper
12 boneless pork chops, 1 inch thick
With cooking pot in cooker body, select the SAUTÉ function, press start,
and preheat cooker. Add oil; sauté onion until translucent. Press cancel.
Combine teriyaki sauce, ketchup, preserves, vinegar, brown sugar, red
pepper, mustard, and black pepper in a small bowl. Place pork chops in the
cooking pot on top of the onions. Pour barbecue sauce over chops. Close
and secure cover. Place quick pressure release valve on vent pipe. Turn

STEAM OUT
position for slow cooking. Select the SLOW COOK–
LOW function and press start. Cook for 6 to 7 hours.
