Troubleshooting and Repairs
If you experience problems with your HP4,
please try the following before contacting
PreSonus Customer Support:
1. Check our Web site at www.PreSonus.com for
answers to frequently asked questions and for
troubleshooting techniques specific to the HP4.
2. Make sure your HP4 and all equipment
connected to it are powered on.
3. Disconnect/reconnect your HP4 power supply.
4. Check your connection cables and audio sources.
5. Check your headphones.
6. Isolate the problem by disconnecting any
extraneous equipment in your signal chain.
