When the phone rings, pick up the
handset from the base (Auto Talk). Press
talk
, any number key,
/ tone or # .
To make
a call
1. Pick up the handset.
2. Press
talk . The talk / batt low indicator fl ashes and turns on.
3. Listen for the dial tone.
4. Dial the number.
To hang
up
Press
end
or return the handset to the base (Auto Standby).
To redial
1. Pick up the handset.
2. Press
talk .
3. Listen for the dial tone.
4. Press
redial / pause .
Ringer
Mute None
Press
end
when ringing.
Note: The redialed number can be up to 24 digits long.
Adjusting the Ringer Tone Adjusting the Ringer Tone
While the phone is on standby, press vol / to hear the current ringer tone. Press
vol
/ again while the tone is ringing to switch to the other ringer tone. The last
ringer tone heard will be selected as the phone’s ring tone setting.
Temporarily Mute Ringer Temporarily Mute Ringer
If the handset is off the base, press
end
to temporarily mute the incoming ring. The
ringer will sound with the next incoming call.
