6 Calibration
6.1 Calibration
You can enter the calibration data of your pH sensors – either individual sets of calibration
data for each sensor or the same set of calibration data for all channels by choosing
“Calibration” in the menu bar.
You can find the calibration data of your sensor on the data sheet of your sensor. For sensor
spots and FTC usually one set of calibration data is valid for the whole batch.
6.2 Re-calibration
Re-Calibration of individual sensors is recommended if media of different ionic strength or
temperature than stated in the data sheet are used. Each calibration only is valid for the
corresponding sensor batch (requiring similar set-up) and should be repeated before starting
a new measurement.
The delivered file pHSolver-v07.exe does all the calculations. It calculates a Boltzman curve
fit for the measured values.
Ensure that <dot> instead of <comma> is used as decimal separation:
Open system control and choose regional settings.
