because fat will drip over lower heating element or may catch fire.
5. Monitor the food to prevent overcooking.

tongs.
WARNING: Always use oven gloves to avoid the risk of scalding.

DEFROSTING:
1. Arrange food on the food tray. After removing all paper or plastic wrapping.
2. Place the food tray on the grill rack.
3. Set temperature between 150-250

F. (it is not necessary to preheat the oven)
DO NOT set a higher temperature because food may get burned.
4. Defrosting time varies depending on frozen food size and form; set a long
period and monitor repeatedly.
5. Turnover food for even defrosting results. NOTE: time can be shorter if food
can be cut in pieces.
IMPORTANT: cook food immediately after defrosting.

BAKING :(for biscuits, pizza or bread)
1. Suggested temperature setting is 400-465

according to food type and thickness. Usually proper temperature for baking
bread or pizza is 400

F. But is recommended to follow your recipe
requirements or indications.
