Please familiarize yourself with the following oven features and accessories prior to

Thermostat Knob
: choose desired temperature. Range goes from 150
o
F (LOW)
to 465
o
F (HIGH).
Timer Knob
:
timer works in two ways:

Stay On
: turn timer knob to the left (counter-clockwise) and the oven will stay on until
manually shut off.

Timer
: turn timer knob to right (clockwise) to set desired time. A bell will sound at end
of programmed time.
