Assembling and Maintaining RBK 800-Series Recumbent Exercise Bikes

Remove the three #10 x 1-inch self-tapping screws

holding the rear cover in place, then lift it off.

Remove the three #10 x 1-inch self-tapping screws

holding the left side cover in place, then pull the cover

away from the body assembly. Guide the cover around

the pedal crank, then remove it and set it aside.

Remove the tape holding the base unit data cable and the

heart rate sensor cable in place inside the upright support

channel.

Slide the jack panel up and out of its bracket in the right

side cover.
