Important:
In the following two steps, insert the
bolts so that their heads face outward on both
sides. If the heads of the bolts face inward, their
threaded ends can protrude far enough to damage
the finish on barbell weight plates.
8. Attach the left-hand Weight Bar Plate to the outside
of the left-hand Front Upright using
three 5-inch carriage bolts (L)
three ½-inch flat washers (B)
three ½-inch hat washers (M)
three ½-inch locknuts (C)
Wrench tighten and snap a Plastic Cap (N) over
each locknut.
9. Repeat step 8 to attach the right-hand Weight Bar
Plate to the outside of the right Front Upright.
10. Attach the Holder Assembly using
four ¾-inch buttonhead screws (D)

-inch split washers (E)
Wrench tighten.
11. Slide the Roller Bar through the Holder Assembly,
and then place a Round Cap onto each end of
the Roller Bar. Slide the Round Caps against the
Holder Assembly.
12. Slide a Roller Pad onto each end of the Roller
Bar, followed by a Roller Cap. Place an Aluminum
Cap (M) on each end of the Roller Bar. Insert and
tighten two set screws (S) in each Aluminum Cap.
13. Tighten the set screws at the end of the Holder
Assembly to secure the Roller Bar, then insert the
Square Cap into the Holder Assembly.
14. Insert a Handlebar Cap into each end of the
Handlebar, and then slide the Handlebar through
the Holder Assembly. Slide a Grip onto each end of
the Handlebar, then Secure the Handlebar to the
Holder Assembly by tightening the set screws with
a

-inch Allen wrench.
