silicon

technology.
This
process
combines
an
amorphous
silicon
top
layer
over
a
microcrystalline
silicon
layer.
The
top
cell
absorbs
and
convert
the
visible
radiations
of
the
solar
spectrum,
while
the
bottom
one
is
sensitive
to
near
infrared
wavelengths.
This
is
the
reason
why
Micromorph®
panels
are
even
more
efficient.
Moreover,
thanks
to
the
frameless
design,
they
are
perfectly
suitable
for
architectural
integrations.
The
