Step 4:

 Pre-align the automation to the gate, positioning the rack over the gear 

and pushing the assembly against the gate. Then mark the fixing holes in the floor 

or concrete base.

Step 5:

 Drill for fastening by positioning the automator aligned to the gate. Before 

tightening the S ¼ “x 2 ½” bolts, move the gate, making sure that it does not lean 

against the automator during its course. If this occurs, pull back the automation.

Step 6:

 With the automator unlocked, position the rack bar on the gear and aligned 

with the gate.

It is necessary to leave approximately a clearance of 2 mm between the top of the 

gear tooth and the bottom of the cog of the rack.

Step 7:

 Secure the rack to the entire length of the door leaf with solder or screw 

every 300 or 400 mm.
