Machine use and care
Never pick up or carry a m achine w hile t he engine
is running .
Do not force t he m achine. Use t he correct m achine
for your ap p licat ion. The correct m achine w ill d o

Do no t chang e t he eng ine g o verno r set t ing s o r
over-speed t he engine. The governor cont rols t he
m axim um safe op erat ing sp eed of t he eng ine.
Do not run t he eng ine at a hig h sp eed w hen not
in use.

b y t he m anufact urer. Failure t o d o so can result
in p ersonal injury.
Maint ain t he m achine. Check for m isalig nm ent or
b ind ing of m oving p art s, b reakag e of p art s and
any ot her cond it ion t hat m ay affect t he m achine’s
operat ion. If dam aged, have t he m achine repaired
b efore use. Many accid ent s are caused b y p oorly

ot her liquid. Keep handles dry, clean and free from
d eb ris. Clean aft er each use.

part s have st opped. A lw ays m ake sure t he engine
sw it ch is in it s “OFF” posit ion. Disconnect t he spark
p lug w ire, and keep t he w ire aw ay from t he p lug
t o p revent accid ent al st art ing .
