Please read these operating instructions before
starting and strictly observe the “Safety
Instructions 5.956-250
”.

Important battery information

- Please recharge the battery after each time the

unit has been used.
Only use battery charger which is recommend by
the manufacturer.

- If the battery has been discharged to a point where

the needle of the battery charge indicator has
dropped out of the green zone (see section 2,
“Operation”), it is mandatory to recharge the battery
for at least 14 hours.

- Strictly observe the information on handling

batteries supplied by the battery manufacturer.

 

 

 

 

- Battery acid should be always handled with extre-

me care (injuries and destruction of clothing).

- Use goggles and comply with all instructions and

regulations.

- Rinse away any acid which has splashed on skin

or clothing with large quantities of water.

- Never under any circumstances use a naked

flame, generate sparks, or smoke near a battery
or in a battery charging area. Explosion hazard.

- Do not place tools or similar objects on the battery.

Risk of short-circuit and explosion hazard.

Guarantee

- The guarantee terms published by our responsible

marketing company apply in each country. We
shall repair any fault in your appliance free of
charge within the period of guarantee if this is due
to defective materials or workmanship. When
making a claim under guarantee please contact
your dealer or your nearest authorized customer
service office with proof of purchase.

Maintenance work

Disconnect the battery terminal before
cleaning and maintaining the unit and
before replacing parts. Do not tilt the
unit as battery acid may run out.
