IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE 

ATTENTION: Although the treadmill is considered as much as possible the safety during the design 
and manufacture, but still need obey some safety precautions during use, please read this manual 
carefully before assemble and use this treadmill, especially the below safety precautions: 

1.

 

Keep the children and pets away from the product at all times, DO NOT leave unattended 
children in the same room with the machine.  

2.

 

Only allow one person use the machine one time.  

3.

 

If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain or any other abnormal symptoms, 
STOP the workout at once! CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.  

4.

 

Position the treadmill on a clear, level surface, DO NOT use near water or outdoors,  

5.

 

Hands not close to any transmission parts during use.  

6.

 

Always wear appropriate workout clothing when exercising. Running or aerobic exercising 
shoes are also required.  

7.

 

DO NOT place any sharp objects around the treadmill.  

8.

 

Handicapped or disabled person should not use the treadmill without presence of a 
qualified health professional or physician.  

9.

 

Before use make sure that all the parts or units are securely tightened. If you find any 
defective parts, keep the treadmill out of use until well repaired.  

10.

 

Before exercising, always do stretching exercise first.  

11.

 

NEVER operate the treadmill if it is not functioning properly.  

12.

 

Keep the training record well for your reference.  

13.

 

The max user weight for the product is 120kg. It is not designed for therapeutic use!  

14.

 

If necessary, you can ask someone help to assemble the treadmill.
