13. Replace the 2 rubber grips on the heelplate of the outer frame.
14. Remove the control handle assembly and replace the two pushbuttons.
15. Check that all electrical wire connections are secure
16. Check that the battery and battery charger are in good condition and that the battery
is fully charged.
17.
Repeat the equipment load test from step #1. Cycle the equipment up and down
several times in order to evaluate its condition.

MAINTENANCE AFTER EVERY 25 HOURS OF OPERATION
1. Remove the front drive screw guard. Extend the main frames fully. Clean
and lubricate the two drive screws with light machine oil. Replace the
drivescrew guard.
2. Check that the two ballnut locknuts are properly adjusted as outlined
elsewhere in this manual under “Procedure for Re-assembling the
Machine”. Replace the drivescrew guard.
3. Lubricate all of the load carriage rollers with light machine oil.
4. Lubricate the main frame rollers with light machine oil.
5.
Lubricate the pivoting points for main frame wheel brake arms and control
rods with light machine oil.
