7. Make sure the log is secured and will not move during chainsaw
processing.
8. Be aware of all power lines, electrical circuits, water pipes, and other
mechanical hazards in your work area. Some of these hazards may be
hidden from your view and may cause personal injury and/or property
damage if contacted.
9. Keep hands away from the chainsaw blade during operation.
10. Shut the chainsaw off before making adjustments or servicing.
UNPACKING
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing. Replace the
missing part before operating. Failure to do so could result in a
malfunction and personal injury.
Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for damage.

ASSEMBLY
Letter references in parenthesis (A) refer to the included Identification Key.
1. Screw the U-clamp (C) into the frame’s (A) nut.
2. Screw each bolt (B) into the U-clamp
3. Remove the backing from the spirit level (D) and press the level onto
the frame so it is parallel with the shorter edge.
OPERATION
DANGER! Check both bolts before each use, as vibration may loosen
them. You may lose control of the chainsaw if the bolts are not tight and
cause an severe injury or death.
