Assembly
• Fit a .354 cap nut on the end of a front axle.
• Cover the cap nut with the assembly tool and tap
it with a hammer until the cap nut is secure on the
front axle.
• Remove the assembly tool. Pull on the cap nut to be
sure it is secure on the front axle.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble a .354 cap nut to the
end of the other front axle.
• Turn the vehicle body over so that the bottom faces you.
• Slide two washers onto one of the front axles.
• Slide a white round bushing (with small hole),
ring end
first
, onto the front axle.
• Repeat this procedure to attach two washers and the
other white round bushing to the other front axle.

• Be sure the front end of the vehicle is facing you.
• Position the steering linkage so that the metal bar is
facing you.
• Insert the front axles into the posts in the bottom of the
vehicle body.
IMPORTANT! Make sure the metal bar on the steering
linkage faces you.
• While holding the front steering linkage in place,
carefully turn the vehicle upright.
Hint:
You may need the help of another adult to turn the
vehicle upright.
• Insert a post bushing, narrow side down, into the holes
in the front wheel wells and onto the front axles,
as shown.
