INSTALLING PINLESS BLADE

WARNING:

To prevent personal injury, always turn saw OFF and disconnect the plug

from the power source before installing blades.

Remove the existing blade and table insert (see
Removing and Installing blades).

To install the pinless blade, use a hex wrench
(included) to loosen the set screw in the lower blade
attachment.

Install the blade into the lower blade attachment and
tighten the set screw. Hook the lower blade
attachment onto the curve of the bottom blade holder
found underneath the table (A).

Place the insert back into the table after carefully
inserting the blade through the table insert slot and the
pilot hole of the workpiece.

Insert the blade into the upper blade attachment.
Tighten the upper set screw to secure the blade.

Hook the upper blade attachment onto the top curve
of the upper blade holder (B).

Tighten the Blade Tension Knob by turning clockwise
and make sure the blade attachments are properly
secured and tensioned onto the machine.

OPERATING INSTRUCTION

WARNING:

To prevent serious injury from accidental operation: Turn the Power Switch

of the tool off, remove the Safety Key, and unplug the tool from its electrical outlet before
performing any procedure in this section. Do not operate with any guard disabled, damaged,
or removed. Moving guards must move freely and close instantly.

WORKPIECE AND WORK AREA SET UP

Designate a work area that is clean and well-lit. The work area must not allow access by children or
pets to prevent distraction and injury.

Route the Power Cord along a safe route to reach the work area without creating a tripping hazard or
exposing the Cord to possible damage. The Power Cord must reach the work area with enough extra
length to allow free movement while working.

There must not be objects, such as utility lines, nearby that will present a hazard while working.
