device attached to the SuperCombi to compensate for the voltage drop on the
battery connection line, and increase the available capacity of batteries based
on safety. This function is particularly significant for the scenario when the
battery cable is long. For details of the optional function, see section ‘2.2
Device Interface’.
6.6 Battery Capacity Testing
Under the premise of using the function of Charge Pro and Wire
Compensation, the SuperCombi can calculate the SOC very accurately. No
Coulomb meter is needed.
7. Extended Functions
The functions described in this section can work only with our control panels.
7.1 Charger/Inverter Parameter Customization
Besides the built-in 6 battery types, the SuperCombi also supports the
advanced users to customize battery charging parameters. It means that the
SuperCombi can be fit for almost any kind of batteries. The settings include:
"Dead Battery Upper Limit Voltage", "Slow Charge Upper Limit Voltage", "CV
Voltage", "floating charge voltage", and "inverter cut-off voltage". For specific
setting methods, refer to the operating instructions of the LCD or touch screen
version.
7.2 Temperature Compensation
The rated voltage of lead-acid battery is varied by temperatures To maximize
the capacity and the safety of the battery, the SuperCombi will compensate the
battery voltage based on the battery's ambient temperature.
