REPLACING DC CHARGER’S FUSE
Only replace a burnt or broken fuse with a new 2 Amp fuse. A spent fuse will
appear burnt or the filament in the glass tube cannot be seen.
1. Disconnect the spotlight from the power source.
2. Unscrew cap of DC plug and pull straight away
from fuse (Fig. 3-1)
3. Pull fuse holder (Fig. 3-3) and fuse (Fig. 3-2)
out of DC charger. Observe to see if fuse is
burned out.
4. Pull the fuse out of fuse holder. Insert new fuse
into holder.
5. Insert fuse holder and fuse into lighter plug.
6. Screw cap onto lighter plug.
STORAGE
Charge battery before storing the spotlight for extended periods. The battery will
keep its charge. A completely discharged battery may not recharge properly.
DISPOSAL
Recycle a tool damaged beyond repair at the appropriate facility.
Contact your local municipality for a list of disposal facilities or by-laws for
electronic devices, batteries, oil or other toxic liquids.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Visit a Princess Auto Ltd. location for a solution if the tool does not function
properly or parts are missing. If unable to do so, have a qualified technician
service the tool.
