3. Press the trigger to start the jackhammer.
a. Squeeze the trigger to start the tool
(Fig. 3-1).
b. Press the locking button (Fig. 3-2) to
allow the tool to run without holding
the trigger.
c. Press the trigger again to release the
lock and stop the tool.
4. Maintain a firm grip to prevent the hammer chisel from slipping or
bouncing around and causing an injury or unintended damage.
5. Apply just enough pressure to guide the jackhammer. The tool’s own
weight will generate the force to break and demolish the workpiece.
6. Release the trigger when the job is complete.
MAINTENANCE
1. Maintain the tool with care. A tool in good condition is efficient, easier to
control and will have fewer problems.
2. Inspect the tool components periodically. Repair or replace damaged or
worn components.
3. Follow instructions for lubricating and changing accessories.
4. Keep the tool handles clean, dry and free from oil/grease at all times.
5. Inspect the tool fittings, alignment and power supply cord periodically. Have
damaged or worn components repaired or replaced by an authorized technician.
6. When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Only use accessories
intended for use with this tool. Replace damaged parts immediately.
7. Maintain the tool’s label and name plate. These carry important
information. If unreadable or missing, contact Princess Auto Ltd.
for replacements.
