Carry out the change from working position
to transport position, and vice versa, only on
level, firm ground!

Make sure that the swivel range is clear and
that no-one is standing in the danger area.

Do not enter the danger zone yourself.

life-threatening danger exists through rotating rotors
when reducing the transport height.
•
Switch off the pto shaft.
•
Remove the tractor key!
•
Wait until rotors comes to a complete stand-
still.
Conversion from working to transport
position

1. lifting the rotors
- Set the rotors to the lowest working width before raising
the rotors. (not for TOP 612 C / TOP 762 C classic)
- Pull the rope (6) to release the transport lock
- Lift the rotors into transport position with the single-acting
control unit.
- Release the rope.
- Check the correct locking of the transport securing
device (7).

life-threatening danger exists through unsecured
rotor arms.
•
Check the transport safety device before
each transport run! The gyro arms must be
locked with the hook. The locking hooks of
the transport lock (7) must be fully engaged
in the pivot of the outriggers.

If the locking mechanism cannot be engaged:
• Check the transport safety device before each
transport run! These must be in the narrowest
possible position.
• Ifthelockdoesnothookin,reducethegapbetween
the lifting hydraulic cylinders at the rotor arm.
Changing from headland to transport
position

1. lifting the rotors
- Lower the rotors slightly with the single-acting control
unit (1).
- Pull the rope (6) to release the transport lock
- Lift the rotors into transport position using the single-
action control unit (1)
- Release the rope.
- Check the correct locking of the transport securing
device (7).
