Overlift key (active = green) /(inactive = black)
If the overlift is active, you can change the
ground clearance in the transport position
using the green control unit. For example,
for driving in and out of the field.
Requirement:
- Machine is in transport position.
Implementation:
1. Press the overlift key - The icon on the
key turns green.
2. Set green control unit to "Lift" to increase
ground clearance.
Automatic belt system (active = green) /
(inactive = yellow)
The automatic belt system ensures that
preselected belts are stopped before lifting
and switched on after lowering.
Transport preselection key
TIP
In order to go into road transport position, the
•
belts must be at maximum width
and
•
all belt units in the headland
position.
The [Transport Preselection] key cannot
be pressed as long as either of the two
conditions is not met.
1. Switch off the cardan shaft before the
folding process
2. Press the [Road transport] key to enable
lifting to the road transport position. You
now have 40 seconds to continue with step
3. During this time, the transport symbol
is displayed and then disappears again.
If the transport symbol has disappeared,
press the preselection key again to enable
the belt units to be lifted into the road
transport position.
3. Use the red control unit to move the belt
units.
4. Check the following points before
transport:
- Cardan shaft is switched off
- Swath apron is retracted
