Bi-directional PROCHOT#

When a processor thermal sensor trips (either core), the PROCHOT# will be driven
If bi-direction is enabled, external agents can drive PROCHOT# to throttle the
processor
Choices: Disable, Enable.

VTX-2

To enable or disable the VTX-2 Mode support
Choices: Disable, Enable.

TM1

Enable/Disable TM1
Choices: Disable, Enable.
