Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied war-
ranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or con-
sequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may
not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state.
Warranty Outside the U.S.
If your car is brought to an authorized Porsche automobile dealer out-
side the U.S., PCNA's warranty will not be applicable and defective
parts will be repaired or replaced only within the terms and limitations
of the warranty for new Porsche vehicles for your model year in effect
in the country where such authorized Porsche automobile dealer is
located.
A vehicle which is imported by an individual into Canada must comply
with all Canadian Governmental requirements. Furthermore, in order to
process warranty claims, the vehicle must also be registered with the
Authorized Canadian Importer of Porsche vehicles. For free vehicle
registration, contact an authorized Canadian Porsche dealer.
