assembling the support (nº7 and nº12), proceed with the handlebar (nº1) by fixing with its security
screws (nº2).
You have to put a drop of thread sealant (supplied) on each screw. CAUTION: DO NOT
MOVE, OR USE THE TREADMILL WITHOUT THE SCREWS (nº2) PERFECTLY ASSEMBLED.
Once assembled the entire structure and without tightening the screws (nº5 and nº2), put the belt
(nº27) around the main structure (nº13). Put 3 drops of thread sealant on the screw (nº10) then
tighten it on the structure with its corresponding washer (nº9). Then tighten all the screws
remaining on the structure (nº5) and (nº2). The belt has a tension system composed of a
turnbuckle (nº17) and a stop turnbuckle screw (nº14). The belt has not to be tensed to work
properly, never tense the belt completely, in that case the motion would not be homogeneous
when walking or running.
IMPORTANT:
The thread sealant is a product that seals two screw threads to avoid loosening
when bikes are used. This product is for single use only and cannot be reused. In
case you need to re-tighten a screw you must remove all existing sealant from the
screws and put new sealant. In the market there are three types of sealant: mild,
medium and strong, we suggest only using medium or strong sealant.
ADJUSTING THE RESISTANCE:
The treadmills are supplied with the belt slightly distended. If the user wants a treadmill not so
flexible, he will stretch the belt with the system in the back part, as follows: loosen the screws
(nº14) using the Allen key provided, these screws lock the tensioner, once it is unlocked, perform
the same operation with the Allen key in the screw (nº17). If you turn in the direction of clockwise,
you will stretch the treadmill, in the opposite direction, it relaxes.
CAUTION: LET BOTH SIDES AT THE SAME DISTANCE SO THAT THE TREADMILL TURNS
CORRECTLY.
Once this distance is set, lock the system again by tightening the screws (14 and
17). If this is not set correctly, it will cause serious damage to the appliance.
