Very strong magnetic fields should always be avoided as they can lead to malfunctions or damage.
Herbert is for use as-is. Modifying the device without explicit approval and directions from Ponix Systems will invalidate your warranty
and could potentially ruin the device.
Herbert is for indoor use only.
• Use Herbert only in the allowed environment and temperature range (10 - 25 degrees)
• Herbert is not a toy and not designed to be played with by children.
• Do not stare directly into the light source.
• Do not pull on or lean on Herbert while it is installed on the wall.
• The led module of Herbert’s luminaire cannot be replaced. Don’t disassemble the luminaire.
• Do not connect Herbert directly to mains or any power supply other than the one included in the package.
• Make sure your voltage is appropriate for the included power supply.
• The luminaire will produce heat – allow proper airflow around it.
• Do not use any cleaning agents other than the ones recommended by Ponix Systems.
• Only use treated, cold water and recommended fertilizer by Ponix Systems in Herbert.
• Ponix Systems cannot be made responsible for pest problems as this risk can never be fully mitigated.
• Growth of algae can occur but will not affect the operations of Herbert.
• Remove algae during cleaning and maintenance to avoid clogging.
• Ponix Systems cannot be held liable for water damages and damages as a result of inappropriate use.

Limited warranty
Ponix Systems warrants that this device will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will operate for 1 year when used and
installed as directed. If this device does not conform to the warranty, Ponix Systems will send you, at its discretion, replacement parts, a
replacement device, repair the device or refund your original price upon receipt of the returned device, register receipt, and proof of purchase.
Please contact Ponix Systems support to find out how to return the device. This limited warranty does not cover devices subject to accident,
neglect, abuse or improper use. Incomplete deliveries or damages as a result of transport have to be reported by the customer to the
responsible carrier within reasonable time. Ponix Systems must be provided with a written confirmation of the complaint on request.
