Changing Web Login Password
By default, the password to access the KIRK Wireless Server 8000 or KIRK
Wireless Server 2500 is ‘
kws8000
’. If you change the password, save it
somewhere safe. If you forget your password, please contact Polycom.
To Change Web Login Password

On the
System
menu, click
Network
.

Under
Web Login Password
, type the current password in the
Old
Password
field.

Type the new password in the
New Password
field, and then re-type it in
the
Confirm
New Password
field.

Click
Save
to modify the password, and then click
Close
.
Setting the IP Address
You can set the IP address of a shelf or a special extension card which needs this
kind of settings.
To set the shelf/card IP Address

On the
System
menu, click
Network
.
Note
Be aware that you may have to wait up to 12 seconds before you can read
successfully a changed IP address back.
