Manually Forward an Incoming Call
Forward an incoming call directly to a contact without answering the call.
Procedure
1.
Press the
Call Forward
softkey.
The
Call Fwd Unconditional
screen displays.
2.
Press the
Enable
softkey.
Conference Calls
When you initiate a conference call, you can manage conference participants, join calls into a conference,
or split your conference into individual calls.
Start a Conference Call
The phone supports five-way conferencing using local bridging. All connected parties are available after
you start the conference call.
Procedure
1.
Call a contact.
2.
When the contact answers, press the
Hold
softkey.
3.
Call additional contacts.
4.
When the contacts answer, highlight the held call on the
Calls
screen and select
Add to Conf
.
Add a Contact to a Conference Bridge
During an existing conference call, you can add participants to the call to create a bridge conference call.
When using an external conference bridge, the conference bridge limits the conference size. Each person
connects to the bridge individually, so you only see one connected call on your screen to the conference
bridge.
Procedure
1.
While in a conference call, call a contact or answer an incoming call.
The phone places your call to the conference bridge on hold.
2.
When the called party answers the call, highlight the held conference bridge call and select
Add to
Conf
.
