TROUBLE

CAUSE

SOLUTION

The vacuum cleaner does not
start

Lack of voltage

Check cable, plug and socket

The vacuum cleaner switches
off during suction and the four
indicator lights flash

The liquid level in the container
is too high

The selected power is too high
for the type of surface

In both cases, press the main
switch (

), disconnect the elec-

tricity wire from the main and
keep it disconnected for at least
30 seconds to allow for the sa-
fety device to reset.

The suction power decreases

The nozzle, hose or accesories
may be clogged, or the Hepa fil-
ter may be dirty.
