PREPARING THE COFFEE

•Place a cup under the coffee
dispenser (

•If you use large cups, use the
reducer grill (

) making it sli-

de into the drip tray (

). 

•If you use small cups, use
the reducer grill

Make sure there is enough water in the

reservoir (

). If not, fill in water as explained in sec-

tion “Start-up of the machine”.

•Open the lever of the
capsule compartment (

) and

place the capsule in the
compartment (

) as shown.

•Close the door by pressing
down gently so that it is
completely flat.

The capsule is pushed automatically into the
compartment by closing the lever (1) pushing it
all the way down. Do not use your fingers for
any reason to push the capsule.

•Press the coffee  switch /
delivery indicator light  light (

3

).

•A few moments later, the
coffee will start to come out.
Once the desired quantity of
coffee has been dispensed,
press the switch/indicator light
again (

3

) to stop delivery. You

can thus prepare a long or
short coffee according to

preference, by simply dosing the quantity
delivered.

•The used capsule will
automatically fall into the
collection  drawer (

5c

) every

time the lever is opened.

The used capsules collection

drawer (5c) must be emptied frequently to
prevent the accumulation of used capsules
from clogging the exit channel.

EMPTYING THE USED CAPSULES

COLLECTION DRAWER

To empty the capsules collection drawer and drip
drawer (

5

) proceed as follows:

•Remove the drawer (

5

) from

the appliance.

•Separate the drip drawer
(5b) from the capsules
collection drawer (

5c

) and

empty them.
Wash both drawers and fit
them back into the appliance.
