Printing Your Work
Setting Up for Printing
Before you print from

, set up your printer and cer-
tain print options as follows:

Make sure at least one printer is installed, connected
and powered on.

Open an
ibid
file.

Select File->Print Setup. The standard Windows
Print Setup dialog appears.

Select your printer.

Select the orientation: Portrait or Landscape.

The default orientation matches your board
type.

Select the print options (paper size, printer proper-
ties, etc.) normally.
Printing from the Whiteboard
At the Polaroid whiteboard, print the current board image
by pressing Print. The whiteboard beeps and a snapshot
of the current board is printed using the current Print
Setup settings.
Pressing Print at the whiteboard does not insert a snap-
shot into your
ibid
file or affect the image in any way.
