Position and fasten the lower part of the front
bumper
to vehicle using
(2) 1/4” nc X 2”
self-
tapping bolts
and
(2)
sleeves
(finger tighten at
this time).
2011 AND LATER MODELS
2.
Remove the existing front rack. Remove and discard
the two existing machine screws retaining the
middle part of the plastic protector to frame as
illustrated.
3.
Position and fasten the upper part of the front
bumper
to vehicle using
(2) 1/4” nc X 1”
self-
tapping bolts
(finger tighten at this time).
4.
Fasten the lower part of the front bumper
to
vehicle using
(2) 1/4” nc X 2”
self-tapping bolts
and
(2)
sleeves
.
5.
Tighten all bolts and nuts.
6.
Reinstall the exising front rack removed in step 2.
2012 MODELS
2.
Remove the existing front rack. Remove and discard
the two existing machine screws retaining the
middle part of the plastic protector to frame as
illustrated.
3.
Remove the existing hinge plate (keep the parts for
future use).
