OPERATION
Important during work
1. Clean work -
Forage is pulled back out of the swath
- Select a PTO speed that ensures all harvested produce
is cleanly taken.
- The PTO speed should be reduced if the work is not
clean. (If the tines pull the fodder out of the swath
back onto the strip already raked).
- A transfer affixed next to the gearbox indicates the
maximum PTO speed of your machine.
- The PTO speed is also influenced by forage conditions.
Forage contaminated by soil
- If the rake height is too low, the turf will be damaged
and the forage contaminated. Set the rake height
of the turnbuckle (8). Tines should lightly touch the
grass on the ground.
TIP
The raking height is set in the headland position.
Move the device to working position and check
positioning. Repeat the process until the desired
position is achieved.

- If overloaded, change back a gear.

1. Open the ball valve on the corresponding rotor
2. Set control device to float position
3. Pull the cord
4. Release the cord when the position has been attained.

1. Open the ball valve on the corresponding rotor
2. Pull the cord
3. Set control device to "Lift"
4. Release the cord when the position has been attained.
