TROUBLESHOOTING
1. The device does not turn on or
off.
• Check if there is enough water
in the tank.
• Check that the device is
properly powered.
2. The device does not release
vapors or releases a very weak
amount of vapors
• Check that no dirt has been
deposited on the ultrasonic
vibration plate.
• Device components were not
correctly positioned.
• Check that the inlet and outlet
holes are not clogged.
3. Water flows out of the device • Device components were not
correctly positioned.
• The temperature and humidity
in the room are high. Under
these conditions, the vapors
could condense, and the
condensate could leak on and
around the device.
