BOARD POWER ON INDICATOR LEDS

R95 AND R96 CAN BE INSTALLED TO

ADJUST THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE OF U12. SEE

THE MANUFACTURERS DATASHEET FOR

DETAILS.

SLOT POWER FAULT INDICATOR

1.0V REGULATOR

VTT REGULATOR

5V-TO-3.3V DC/DC CONVERTER

ATX 4-PIN HARD
DISK CONNECTOR

U3 MONITORS 12V AND 3.3V POWER GOING
TO J1, J2  AND J3. A FAULT ON EITHER
SUPPLY WILL CAUSE D14 TO LIGHT.

U13 VOUT CAN RANGE FROM 2.8V TO 0.9V,
BY VARING R99 AND R100.

NOTE: THE PCI EXPRESS CEM 1.1 SPEC DOES NOT
ALLOCATE ENOUGH POWER FOR ADD-IN CARDS TO
USE ON FANOUT SLOTS. J5 IS USED TO GENERATE
POWER FOR THE SLOT CONNECTORS J1, J2, AND
J3. THE +12V IS USED DIRECTLY, WHILE THE +5V IS
CONVERTED TO +3.3V VIA U12.

PLACE U3, U15 AND U17 ON SOLDER SIDE.

PLACE D14 ON
COMPONENT SIDE OF
BOARD.

PIN 9 IS A THERMAL PAD
UNDERNEATH U14.
