Adding & Replacing Wine Bottles

When you finish a bottle, the system will display REPLACE for that chamber. Press the

REPLACE

button, and the system will disengage the needle and the door will automatically

open. Simply remove the empty bottle, and place the new bottle with the neck facing down and
the wine label fully visible in the lit Plum chamber and close the door. The system will
automatically identify and tap the new bottle.

Checking Argon Levels

The argon canister will preserve approximately 160 bottles of wine, as additional argon is used to
automatically purge oxygen from the needle and tubing to maximize preservation. The system
will automatically track how much argon is left and notify you when it’s low. If you want to
check the argon level at any time, touch the Settings button, and then touch the

ARGON

 button.

Opening the Door

If you want to open the door without removing the wine bottles, touch the

SETTINGS

 button,

then the

GENERAL

 button, and then the

OPEN DOOR

 button.
