System Restart
1.
To restart the QuickSee – go to the main menu and select the power off button.
Select Confirm to power off.
2.
When the screen turns black, wait 10 seconds and then press the power button
to turn on the QuickSee. Ensure the device has power by plugging in the power
cord if restart attempt fails.
System Freeze
In the event the QuickSee locks up and is unresponsive to touch, you will need to
perform a hard system reset.
1.
Press and hold the power button for 7 seconds until the screen goes black, and
then release the power button.
2.
Wait about one minute and then perform the normal start-up process.
NOTE : This may cause some data loss (for example, subject data).
Bluetooth Printer Issues
In the event that the Bluetooth printer does not function as intended:
1.
Print a test page directly from the Bluetooth printer. If successful, proceed to
step 2.
2.
Ensure that the Bluetooth functionality is turned on in the QuickSee.
3.
Repeat steps for pairing Bluetooth printer to the QuickSee.
If the above steps do not work, power off the device from the drop down menu and
restart the device.
